Feli,

Bring a Nikkor tank, a few reels, a good thermometer and a changing 
bag,  the rest could be obtained easily enough in N.O.  Fedx has always 
been the best of the best as far as I am concerned,  but the one time 
they goof could be the worst time. Instead of a two week shoot make it 
13 days with one left for processing.
