It may not look like it's important now, but I doubt there are many photographers who have the access and knowledge that you do about New Orleans now and before Katrina. Since you know what was before and what is now, your vision will be more important than anybody else's who might be there to only exploit what has happened since Katrina. I lived south of New Orleans for a couple of years but I know that I couldn't do justice to documenting what was and is now New Orleans. I'd like to go back to Plaquemines Parish and see what is left but I don't expect that there will be much. Get out there with your camera whether you think it's of interest or not.
