Maybe like an alcoholic with a tiny twinge.. "maybe just a little one!" But quickly dismissed. I find my reaction is of similar kind!.. "Oh hell do I really want to set up the darkroom, mix developer, do in the dark reel loading stuff, develop, fix, wash, hang and dry, view on light table, cut, sleeve negs, make contacts , wash and dry prints, edit and select negs for printing, set-up trays with new chemicals, make developer, stop bath, fixer, put neg in enlarger, make adjustments for print, select paper and set in easel for printing, make print, dodge and burn, turn on lights, is the print the way I want it? OK! Wash, dry and spot if necessary? When you look at it this way, it's quite understandable why many are doing digital! :-) And as Eric said: > Because B&H just sent me 40 rolls of film. Waste not, want not. :)<< Well hell like I said the other day, I've got about a 100 Tri-x rolls sitting here and I don't have the twitches to load an M7 and start shooting! Yeah once in a while a gut feeling, but it's quickly dismissed just as too much effort. :-) Life moves on! Not necessarily in film mode! ted
