All MF RF's I know have a large grip and leaf shutters, so they are  
silent (more than M's) and vibration-free.
Going as slow as you state is possible only with the wide, you can't  
do it consistently with larger lenses by the same reason that you  
can't go so slow with a tele without getting camera shake. I told  
those speed as reference.

Anyway we are talking about MF to be used as we used to use our  
leicas, so I don't think that ISO 400, handheld, wide open, and 1/15  
is a real option to have a decent shot that involves some movement in  
a park at dusk, in a bar, indoors... without being very lucky :)

They are great cameras that will go far, but they don't work in the  
same way that 35 mm does.
