When Ric showed his week of photographs there's a great lesson in camera 
handling if one paid particular attention.

Look at them, you don't have to look too carefully to see how well his 
camera handling technique is perfect! Certainly while using a 21mm lens it's 
difficult at the best of times keeping horizontal and vertical lines 
perfect. On interior situations it's got to be perfect unless you want an 
ugly distorted scene. Heck it's tough enough on the street keeping the world 
straight, but if one wants solid good looking interiors they have to be 
right on the mark.

Obviously if you wish a wild and woolly distorted shot, then go as wild an 
angle and get the greatest of distortion, but don't get a tiny bit.

But here we see how a wide angle lens should be handled....the interiors are 
so well shot they cried out to be admired and mentioned in case some of you 
weren't looking at them other than "nice colour!"

Certainly when working with a 21mm lens it's so perfect, the straight-lines 
of composition were the first thing that caught my eye.

angle straight line interiors should look like!
