The reds tend to be adequate, but really can't compete with other New World areas such as Chile, Australia or California. The whites, whether sweet or otherwise, can be sensational. I'm a wine enthusiast, and when friends are visiting from other countries, it is a pleasure to now be able to serve the local stuff without making apologies and referring to the climate Nice to see that you've had the opportunity to try some, and if you get the chance, seek out some of the Canadian drier whites.
