A said day in the photo world of the UK. The BBC Worldservice reports that
the Dixon's Camera chain in the UK which built its reputation on 35mm
cameras will cease to sell film based
cameras. Only digital cameras will be sold. The y will continue to sell film
cameras at airport
duty free stores.
