The idea started while I was waiting at the airport for my daughters plane from Brusselle. One of this weeks images comes from that wait. However, her plane was almost on time so I only captured a few frames at the airport. The first image comes from the parking garage at the new Ikea store. I was fascinated with this young lass busily working on a laptop while waiting for the boxes to fill up her space. http://gallery.leica-users.org/album249/waitingwithnotebook Second, this father and son combo were enjoying some time together while mom? went for the furniture. What SWAMBO wants, SWAMBO gets. I think I would rather have been closer, but SWAMBO came just after this shot. http://gallery.leica-users.org/album249/Ikeawaiting After a month of shopping in Europe, my daughter wanted to go shopping. Sigh. I was waiting too. http://gallery.leica-users.org/album249/waitingintheclothingstore Last up is the image that started this week's PAW. As many of you know, if you fly in the SE United States, you are going to pass through Atlanta. As well, Atlanta is a staging area for many, many military units as they transfer in and out of the country. During my short stay I witnessed maybe 200 officers and enlisted soldiers from various military units arrive. These two were waiting for their husbands to arrive after an absence: http://gallery.leica-users.org/album249/airportwaiting Enjoy, comment, ignore, or take your own images, please.
