The pros that shoot weddings and portraits have switched to digital to be competitive, dumping a lot of really good equipment on the market. Then the Joe-Amateur has switched to digital, dumping his stuff as well. It is a field day for us that like to shoot film..... Now if you want a big shock, price darkroom stuff. Like 1/5 of what it was a few years ago.... and the hard to find really good stuff comes up for sale every year or so... And youse guys with the digital cameras, trading them in every time a new more megapixel camera comes out are selling your old cameras for pennies on the dollar after 2 years of lilttle use..... It is nice to be in film..... Frank Filippone red735i@earthlink.net You can find beautiful Hassie 50mm Distagons and 150mm Sonnars in local camera stores in the NYC area for $700-$900 in excellent to mint condition. This is insanity! Mike
