Nope.

So can TIFF.

Those can be done via an embedded ICC profile.
There is absolutely nothing to prevent you from storing the RAW bits
in a TIFF.

Sure they can, see above.

With TIFF you retain the ability to do all that in Photoshop.

You can always ZIP compress TIFFs.

How about what happens in 5-10 years? Are you sure that these RAW
formats will be retained?
TIFF software is much much much more likely to be around. It is a
standard format.
