Ruben,  your  adapter will allow you to  attach all of your Leica-thread 
lenses on your M-mount Leica.   But unless you're attaching lenses between 
2.8cm 
[28mm] and 5cm [50 mm], your  viewfinder will not show you the correct 
image. 
The focus, however, will be  correct on all the lenses.  [There are a few 
lens 
exceptions  that we old-timers use with a Visoflex attachment.] -regards,
