Cutting all spending ( probably R+D); reverse 3:1 stock split; spending
reserves; new stock issue ( probably to get a new majority stockholder);
Coenan is gone; New Chairman from a Swiss management consulting background.

Sounds like .. Find a buyer for this thing.......
