The wrist band could work; I would include a bit more of the heart on the T-shirt; that would make it clearer that your focus is not only the very beautiful face. Given the crop at the top, I would also crop the photo on the left; just a bit. The hand gesture looks a bit unnatural; it's almost as if she is rolling her ear. (I think the hand is a bit too forward to suggest that she is fixing ger hair; it also makes her hand look a tad big compared to her face). I am really nitpicking here, as it is still a very pleasing portrait and belongs in a family album. And such a lovely model to work with ! - Phong
