Subject: [Leica] master sauce OT question

hi i,m looking for ways to keep (chinese) mastersauce without reboiling 
every other day.
Especially would like to know if it,s possible to reduce the sauce and then 
freeze the concentrate without a loss of flavour in the reconstituted mix.
