PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Deadline for table reservations, accompanied by full payment, is May 20,
2005. Exhibitors must preregister for 6- foot tables (limit of
2). You will be contacted if registration cannot be confirmed for any
reason. Requests for additional or single-day space may be
granted after the May 20 deadline, if spaces are available. If necessary,
additional payment will be collected at the time of setup
Saturday morning. Each exhibitor should pick up his badge and his assistant?
s badge (one only) when entering for setup in the exhibit
area. Security guard will be on duty from 4:00 p.m. Saturday until 8:00 a.m.
Sunday.
Neither exhibitors nor the public will be permitted access to the exhibit
area until the scheduled times listed. Absolutely no early birds.
A donation of $5.00 per person will be collected at the door from the
public. Two $25.00 certificates will be awarded daily to be used
in transactions with any exhibitor (who will be reimbursed upon presentation
of certificate to the show manager). See information for
overnight accommodation savings for exhibitors and show attendees.*
Watch for the OCCS ad in the April issue of the ?Camera Shopper,? as well as
?Antique Week,? trade pubs, local papers, and coming
events calendars of many publications and magazines. Estate items and
outside consignments will be offered at the Auction in
addition to exhibitors? material. Choice items will be featured in local
advertising. Don?t forget to include ?special? items you will commit
for consignment and advance advertising by May 1, 2005. OCCS reserves the
right to combine items by the same seller or limit lots
(probably around 200 total.)
AUCTION GUIDE
There is no buyer or seller premium. Contact Tim Carrig, (419) 673-6260, for
information regarding minimum bids for ?early consignment?
items of obviously higher value. Anyone present may bid on any items.
Fifteen percent (15%) commission is retained by OCCS to
cover expenses. A discounted commission (ten percent) is charged for OCCS
members. Exhibitors will not be permitted to return to
the exhibit area after it is secured by guard at 5:00 p.m. Saturday. OCCS is
not responsible for property not removed immediately
following the Auction.
