Subject: [Leica] beater cameras

The only problem with keeping a "beater" camera in the car is heat. 
Old glues and lubricants don't like heat. For a while I kept my old
Minolta SLR in the trunk, but it sat in a small Styrofoam cooler, 
wrapped in an old t-shirt.
