Hi Gene,
Well we've been trying to bang on the head of my publisher already. 
Unfortunately we may have to get him down and give him the option of a free 
range "lobotomy" ;-) or publish a book with Steve's work! ;-)

These kind of books don't just happen over night, unless you've got money up 
to your arm pits, then some! And can publish your own book. But we're 
hanging in there and it will come up again with the publisher. However? 
Anyone out there wishing to put money into a good concept in a book, rather 
than buying Leica shares,  :-( this is your one big chance in life to 
help......... "do a book!"
