Most of us boomers who started driving in the early to mid sixties craved one driving our MG's & TR's & Healey's. In today's world, who would seriously consider buying a 60's engineered car where you had to adjust points & carbs at every 3000 mile oil change and worry if it would run for that 200 mile trip without a mechanical glitch when you can hop in your Miata or Z roadster & drive coast to coast with no worries your car would stop when you hit a large puddle & moisture cracked your distributor cap. Ask a young kid to look at an M & they'll ask where the LCD screen is & where is the memory card slot & USB port is hidden. You might relate to handbuilt M's the same way as a cult object of desire. denik
