Someone on the HUG ( sister group twice removed form the LUG) asks a
technical question about the firmware version of his new ( to him, used to
the rest of us) Hasselblad H1.  The answer comes overnight from the
Hasselblad Manager of Firmware at Hasselblad Sweden.  This also happens from
the questions on lenses, in which case the answer comes from a Zeiss
employee.

Someone in Management over there is listening to the HUG and finds it of
value to get an idea of the needs, concerns, successes, and wants of its
customers.  Nice feeling..... now if they would only continue with their
film cameras......
