Subject: [Leica] Recommendations on a good small flash

I suppose this is like asking about recommendations on good UV filters,
but can I get recommendations on a good small automatic flash for using
on a Leica (typically CL, M4, SL2)?  It must have hot shoe and cable
connection (for the M4)

It is for indoor shots, point and shoot style to capture my three-year
old son's antics.
