Bill, if you're still looking,  I found two 40mm-to-Series VI step-up  rings 
 
and one 40mm-to-Series VII step-up ring and a 40mm Series VII  81A filter. 
[The 81 A, besides being used with Type B film and 3400?K  lights, is for a 
warming effect on an overcast day.] Contact me off-list if  you're
