I bought it because I could stick it in a coat pocket when I got to the Metropolitan opera or when I walk around New York. I found I didn't need a backpack or a camera bag and I consider that a plus. I found, however, that the lens, when stopped down to 5.6 gives wonderful photos. There's a three-dimensonality to them. I don't know if anyone else has found that, but I've taken some great photos with it at 5,6. What have you all found? Best regards--Doug Nygren ________________________________________________________________
