Subject: [Leica] OT: now Canadian brokerage fees

UPS only charges brokerage fees if the parcel is shipped economy. If it 
is shipped expedited or express, brokerage fees are waived/included. 
This means it can often work out cheaper to send it faster.

The best way bar none is good old airmail. The handling fee is a flat 
$5CAN and sometimes they just don't bother with fees at all. I bought a 
Ceriani 35mm racing fork for $800US and it arrived at my door duty and 
GST free.
