While they're defending subterranean liberty of
expression, could they please see if someone  maybe
might scrub the floors in those MTA stations, erase
the scrawled graffiti (artfully expressive as it is)
and get the ravenous rat hordes off the tracks? The
screeching noises as the trains lurch around also
kinda bug me too.
