Trays.... there are some plastic trays made by Patterson that are very good.
Come in sizes for 5x7, 8x10 and 11x14 and bigger. Deep and wider than you
need, but very good. Cheap enough that you want to buy these new. 3 colors
plus grey. Sexton used to say the grey ones lasted longer. Who knows?

Sink.... I forget the company name ( Delta 1?) , but the ones made from
black molded thermoplastic are nice, cheap, and work like a sink should.
If you want to make your own sink, you won't save too much money over the
$150-200 or so these cost. Faucet, etc. is from your local Home Depot. SS
is nice, but substantially more money and really unnecessary in a home
situation. Sized to fit your space.... Make sure it will hold 4 of the
largest trays you think you will ever use.

Lighting... Get a used ( Ebay) 10x12 Kodak hanging darkroom safelight. Get
a NEW filter. Run Kodak test on fogging.

Fan.... There are some made, cost is around $100 or so.... or use a
standard bathroom fan. These are all mounted in the wall/ceiling, so they
are permanent.

Does that cover most of it?
