Howdy all,
The 2200 has been resolved in two ways.....

1: Bought a new 2200! ;-)

2: Other being repaired by a real Epson service tech right here in Victoria. 
;-) A pleasant surprise. :-)

Then goes to Sandy Carter's ;-) in about a week when the repairs and check 
over is completed.

A big thank you to those who so kindly responded regarding my grief of the 
moment, "all flashing red lights." It was as many thought and suggested, 
"soaked sponge - pads for the ink purging system." And apparently the ink 
pumping unit has to be replaced. Oh! The new machine is just humming right 
along here! :-)
