[Leica] A little bit OT - Seriously good service

I've been dealing with Robert White Photographic in the UK recently, buying
an Xpan and some bits.  I bought new an outrageously expensive centre
compensation filter from them and when it got to me, it was slightly
damaged.  I called them up and told them and they sent me another one in the
post that day with no questions asked.  They didn't even wait to receive the
damaged one back again.  The price on the Xpan was pretty good too.

The best dealer I have ever ordered from.
