You may be right, you may be wrong.
Leica has been a niche system since the early seventies. They would be
fools to try and go mainstream and compete with the big boys. They are
trying and the R Digital back may be a step in the right direction.
Time will tell.
Two things I do know are that nothing matches my way of seeing better
than a M viewfinder; and, that the latest lenses are breathtakingly
good.
I have nothing to complain about.
