I'm not current on the Olympus digital lens but I've always been favorably impressed by the OM lens that I own. My Zuiko 50mm f/1.4 dates to 1973 - I bought it new - and has made some wonderful images. The 100/2.8 is amazingly sharp and a fine portrait lens. Walker
