It seems odd that a dealer would go out of his way to make sure that
customer mail doesn't reach him. He should be using a spam-filtering
system that allows him to occasionally check his spam-folder for
false positives.
Apple Mail is about 99% accurate for spam filtering. I suppose Eudora
and Entourage are up there too.
I could give Rich a free Gmail (google mail) account if he wants one,
their spam filtering is also excellent.
