Becuae it says "Canan Rebel" on it
    and looks like it was made in Willy Wonka's Chocolate factory. An
embarrassment to be seen in public with.
And it's a DSLR. Not a direct comparison to the D2 in which the lens does
not come off putting it in the point and shoot category with the smaller
sensors but are smaller cameras.
