[Leica] how Cornell Capa got his name

For T. Mike Fletcher, since the Capa brothers were Leica  enthusiasts, I 
believe that Leica would be the most likely choice to start with  on any 
project 
involving the photographers.    Other than  that, every major publisher of 
Photography books is always looking for new  material. They typically want 
to see 
at least an outline before becoming  involved. Once in a while, if someone 
brings them a good idea but the publisher  feels they would rather get a 
recognized author to write the book, they might  possibly pay a small fee 
for the idea 
or use the idea man [you in  this case] as one of the sources for the book.
