I can't help you specifically with Jobo times.  I can, however, point you

I start here whenever I use an unfamiliar film/dev or (dev dilution) combo.
I look at the chart not as absolute numbers, but as ratios.  If you already
have experience using the Jobo with something else, compare your known times
with what this chart lists.  If yours are 25% less because of the constant
agitation, then take 25% less of what's shown.

Not perfect, but it's a great starting point.  I rarely have to change my
development more than a minute in either direction using this system.  It's
always a small enough change that while I may not get perfect negatives the
first time, I'll get something close enough that at least can be printed.
