Subject: [Leica] Delta 3200 High FB+F ?

I just processed some Delta 3200 in HC110B for 7 Minutes at 75F, using a
JOBO and distilled water.  Film shows a high level of film base plus fog.
Is this what I should have expected?

I am more used to TMX100 in TMX-RS, which shows very low levels of FB+F.
