They are all that *>matters. No, it's way to big to be dust or fuzz, and it looks a bit like some sort of small bug. I did look because of the negative of a late night shot had a spot on it which, of course, can be removed but I'm worried that something might be wrong with the lens if it's sucking stuff that large into it. e.
