My daughter attended high school in the mid 80's. I saw the decline in both text books and teacher provided material then. My loving partner's son lived with us and attended high school in the mid 90's. I saw a futher decline. Her daughter, living with us, just finished her junior year. The current material from the teachers reads like stuff that you would not give a B to if it came from a 5th grader. If the teachers cannot construct a sentence, spell (or even use a spell-checker); how can we expect the students to do so?
