Subject: [Leica] HC-B print prices

Last year HCB prints in the Santa Fe galleries were going for $5,000 
US.  This year they're at $6,000 and I saw one the other day for $6,500.  I 
have read that HCB establishes the retail prices himself and one dealer 
confirmed it to me.  I don't know exactly how this works, or even if it's 
true, but every place in town seems to have the same or nearly the same 
price.  These are "new" prints, not vintage ones.  They're also very 
beautiful.  I don't know who made them.  For years it was Pierre Gassman in 
Paris.
