On a musician's point of view, my preference goes to 4704 (the only one with the bow having a natural position) but the left hand on the instrument's neck is only nice on 4716. On the whole if I had to choose I would take the original 4698 anyway as it has got the best beautiful lighting. Means one half is actual instrument players, and the other half is ... 2. Means that when the left hand is right the right is wrong and vice-versa? :-) > Perhaps she did not understand me, and just humoured my ridiculous > whims. > :-) The real issue might be that static playing is not realistic, playing is in mobility. Even the second before playing the first note in an orchestra performance is all in the motion, just like a singer taking one's breath. Holding the bow stopped on a string is not part of normal playing. Was she really playing? > By the way, what time is it in Paris, France at the moment ? :-) When I wrote my last message it was about 3am. Now it is half past midnight. I live in the evenings :-) it's a shame, as Paris at sunrise is (visually and Leically) delightful in this season. The birds are specially noisy at about 6 am, beautiful song contests. Best wishes Jean
