Well if you have another Mac attached on the network you can use printer sharing to print to the Epson connected to that printer.

I'm thinking that Epson might sell a USB to Ethernet adapter as well although I don't know this.

I've used printer sharing from my PowerBook to a desktop system with a 2200 attached and it works very well over any part of the house LAN.
