Most of the time if I can't shoot available light, I just pass on the shot. Absolutely no need for flash, fill or other form of lights, as it's shooting with what is the motivating light of the moment. As interestingly composed as these are it's the light creating the magic of the photograph. Besides flash would completely destroy the whole mood of the scene.
