Jon,

I don't think there is a fee to photograph 'Lone Cypress', which 
incidentally is
in Pebble Beach.  However, there is a fee to enter Pebble Beach $7.00, I 
think, unless
you are resident there -  which requires a whole lot of money.  It is my 
dream place :-)
