Carson mortuary where all the deceased serves personal are prepared . DOD has slowly out source all mortuary services in the last 20 years to this contracters Dover Delaware facility . There was an News artical in the Wilmingtin paper The News Journal this week and would post a link but the Gannet rags web site is total crap.
