Even the Noct' is painted over and marked for quick response, never mind the timing belt over the focus ring and the gear over the f-stop ring. he felt that the chrome was just too obtrusive, and he can't be bothered by black paint either. From my talk with him, I came to the conclusion that he was a Leica using street photographer monastic. He told me he's given up all sense pleasure for the pursuit of a daily image with his pair of 'mice'. For myself, I'm curious to see some of his images.
