I know that at this point I'll be sticking with film for "available darkness" and when I need a 21 mm lens. At this point, anyway.;-) Best B. Nikon and Minolta seem to be coming out with a major new digital every year, with Minolta just released an image stabilized camera. With the economy in a slump, many of us are just waiting for the best digital camera for the money to arrive. I'm waiting anxiously for the new Sony, Pentax, and Olympus digitals to hit the market. The die-hard folks on the Street Photography forum are digitizing. I'll bet even Ted will move to digital when the right camera for his kind of available dark work is produced. Like the digital back for a Leica R. I think film will complement digital, not the other way around. If that seems like I'm using doubletalk, I think that the primary emphasis will be on digital.
