It really does sound good for its dimunitive size. The somewhat famous Advent 300 receiver was designed by Tomlinson Holman (the THX guy), working at Advent. It was one of the first audio products designed in US but produced out of country (Mexico). Has a nice phono stage, but tuner fades in and out a little and 15 watts/channel is a little thin.
