Whenever I run them I get an error message "The object 'black channel' is not currently available'. I've bought and tried the Fred Miranda actions but was getting too many artefacts, so I've settled into using the high pass filter technique on a duplicated layer. This gives me control over the sharpening and can be altered at will. Thanks for looking at the photographs. Sharpening seems to be most effective that way. Also, look at Johnny Deadman's sharpeners.Plugins for Photoshop.
