I know there are those of you who are really, really hooked on the beast, using it for everything from beach photography, to photographing the bottom of mile-deep wells, to anchoring chicken coop roofs during hurricanes. But my guess is that most people who buy them sell them again within perhaps a year to 18 months. B. Just sold it and bought a 50 Summicron collapsible. It got too heavy. Now I have an R8 and compared to my R6 is weighs a ton (motor winder added) The Rev Canon Charles E Cason Jr 1805 Arlington Drive Oshkosh, WI 54904 mailto:cec@vbe.com - -----Original Message----- From: owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us [mailto:owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us]On Behalf Of Peter Klein Sent: Wednesday, August 27, 2003 9:50 PM To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us Subject: RE: [Leica] Noctilux - As James Cagney once said: "Hello, Faddah!" (I've always wanted to use that) :-) Welcome back. Where have your travels taken you, and what have you been photographing lately? Karen, Fr. Cason is decidedly a Leica user, and his kit includes an M rangefinder. I know because he sold me a wonderful 50mm Summicron-M when he decided to concentrate more on his wide angle lenses. And I have never heard him discuss Canon Law on the list. <removing tongue from cheek> - --Peter Klein Seattle, WA At 09:03 PM 8/27/03 -0700, Fr.
