Lea,

It's probably the case that your printer service is set up
to print from sRGB.   Adobe RBG is better during post
processing.  If you do not post-process, and your printer
is set up for sRGB, you do not gain anything by setting
your camera to Adobe RGB.  In any case, the thing to do
is to check with your printer and ask what they color
space(s) they are set up for.
