Well, the reality is that our electricity grids are interconnected, at least here
in the northeast.  It really doesn't matter where the initial problem occurred.
We're all interdependant, for better or worse, and this is a problem that both
countries will have to sort out and deal with in fairly short order.

It's not a matter of blame, but rather co-operating to make sure it doesn't
happen again.
