Hello All,

Due to a computer problem I'm only now able to respond to your opinions 
on whether the Noctilux needs a hood or not. Thanks to all for your 
thoughts--sounds like it's not imperative for flare reduction but a 
good idea for lens protection. I think I'll just go without for now and 
be very careful with the front element when transporting it.
